Not recommended and Avoid using NETFLORIST!

Thanks for making this Valentines Day NOT so special! My order (placed over a week ago) showed out for delivery since early morning and when checking with your call center (holding for 15min before anyone answered) at 15:00 my order was no 16 on the list. Its now almost 19:00 and the valentines gift I ordered never got delivered! This is absolutely disgraceful and poor business practice! I will never use your services again!
