Not receiving the order placed

I placed an order a week before delivery date. On the day of delivery, I received a notification that my order has been delivered. To date, neither me nor the recipient has seen the delivered order. I emailed to enquire and Tshediso told me its not a Netflorist issue as the parcel is delivered. I am very disappointed about this as it was the recipients last day and she left without receiving what she was supposed to receive.. This is a paid for order. Please fix this
