Not pleased at all

The order that I authed to be delivered to the address that I have stated to was not delivered to it but delivered to where the person stays after hours and this is the second time this is happening and I have place the order on staturday and the order was not delivered to where I stated to be delivered and I'm unhappy with this kind of service and would like it to be delivered to the address that I stated to and also be notified if the delivery is delivered or not cause this is bull**** to the extent that I wanna cancel what I have order and be refunded back.
