NOT MEETING DELIVERY DATE AS PROMISED

I ordered flowers on Friday and NetFlorist confirmed my order for Saturday, NetFlorist did not deliver with no explanation or a phone call. I emailed asking for an explanation on Sunday. I then received an email from them at 10.52 stating that the "gebras" (their spelling - one would think they would be able to spell name of flowers!) were not available. If I had not read my emails around 11, there would have been further delays. Could a phone call not have been made to me on Saturday morning? I am very disappointed to say the very least.
