Not in the good books with the Mother in Law

<p>I have used Netflorist before and my dealings with them have been great in the passed, however I cant say the same no longer. My recent dealings with then have been terrible to say the least.</p> <p>I ordered flowers on the 12th April for my soon to be mother in law's birthday, today is the 19th April and these flowers have not been delivered yet. I had to call 4 times and spoke to 3 different people and each person assured me that the flowers would be delivered the same day. I feel terrible for my soon to be mother in law as I was trying to do something special for her on her birthday which failed.</p> <p>I am so dissapointed with the service I have received and the bad experience I have had. I will never be using Netflorist again.</p>
