NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!

Very disappointed in the service.First time and last time that I will ever use you guys.I placed an order this morning for my husbands birthday and left a note that if its not delivered by 16.30pm to let me know.So now no surprise and my husband left work. Very disappointed!!! I just want my money back. Called in and they didn't even sympathise saying sorry. Pathetic service really
