Not impressed

Astonishing how netflorist just can't get it right! I am a disappointed client of theirs from pre-pandemic deliveries that went awry. To their credit, they apologized and reimbursed me with credit that I could use to spend on future deliveries. I decided to order a birthday gift for my wife on Thursday, but was informed that they can not deliver to outlying areas (in Caledon, less than 100km east of Cape Town) on Friday. I had to accept that and expected delivery on Monday. To my surprise, no delivery took place then, but only on Tuesday. I had to tell my wife her belated birthday gift was even more belated than usual!
