Not honouring voucher

I have another problem with Netflorist and I hope that you can indeed assist me this time and not send me emails that don't resolve the problem, like last time...<br> I ordered something for Father's Day using my mobile phone.<br> I placed the order and I did enter the voucher code DD16RE for R100 discount.<br> According to the information on my mobile the amount of R 189.90 would be deducted from my credit card.<br> Now, checking my credit card statement I noticed that you deducted R 289.90.<br> What happened to the R100 discount voucher??????<br> I really hope that you fix your issues, I never used to have problems with Netflorist but I am seriously considering changing to another company.<br> <br> In the hope of indeed getting the help expected I will also post this on Hello Peter.<br>
