NOT HAPPY!!!!!

I placed an order with the Netflorist on the 18th September 12:01 to be delivered to a school in King Williams Town, for a very special teacher that is leaving and yesterday was her last day at the school. I wanted the flowers to be delivered to the school as a surprise because she did not know about it and who does not feel special when you get a surprise at work. This was not the case at all!!!! I phoned Netflorist the morning asking what is happening with my order and he said he will phone the florist quickly and he told me the Florist said they will deliver the afternoon (Wandile did tell the florist that it is a school which was very important because school closes early)! I left it then the afternoon I phoned again and the Recipient did not answer the call but then the Recipient contacted them back and the lady just told her she will sort this out!! At 16:30 the afternoon still NO delivery was made then I was told from the "florist i guess" they only deliver after 16:00 the afternoon so they wait to see for more orders!!!!! LIKE WTH!!!! I was not told this!!! The poor lady only received her flowers at 19:12 that night!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which I feel is so wrong. What if she wasn't at home or she had plans now she's waiting and waiting and eventually they deliver the flowers!!! I am not happy AT ALL. This was supposed to be a surprise at work for her and that was spoiled!!!!!!

I am not HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THIS!!!!
