Not happy

I just received an email to say gift was received now at around 22:00 however it was delivered before 16:00 this afternoon, this is very misleading, the parcel was not received and signed for by my wife, it was received by the security guard who had given it to someone else mistakenly, luckily that person had taken it to my wife personally
