not happy

Kindly note that I am sending this email with a heavy heart and disappointment. I placed an order on the 23rd of May 2025 with expectations to get it delivered on the scheduled time on the 30th of May 2025 but to my surprise my order was not processed and I had to call in twice on the Friday to get information on what was happening. No communication whatsoever was sent to me to explain the delays I HAD TO CALL IN. I was told about an artwork delay on the day that my order was supposed to have been delivered. I mean really? there's a reason why I placed the order a week before and yet it was not processed why?

This was a birthday gift present to my husband which I was supposed to give on the 30th of May but nothing was delivered. I am highly disappointed in what you guys have done to me, especially having ordered the gift in advance to give you ample time to work on it. again this morning it still shows image.png I am very frustrated at your service this time around and for the fact that you didn't even send me an sms, email or a courtesy call to explain the situation. I am now sitting blindly not knowing what or when I am going to get my package.

I am expecting to get my package today, I don't care what you do, please deliver my package.
