Not getting what I ordered!!

I placed an order to be delivered to my husband on Saturday morning. <br> When the driver came, he gave my husband just a generic teddy in plastic cover. The package that I ordered was a teddy in a jersey with the Heroes chocolate. So my husband came in and thanked me, because he didn't know what I ordered. And i told him that the delivery was not what I ordered, causing him to run outside after the delivery guy who found the correct box in his boot. Then when we opened it, even with the chocolates in the box, it was the same old generic teddy and not the one wearing the jersey! Why does Netflorist not give you the option on their website of showing the picture of what you ordered? so that they can use their creative freedom and deliver whatever they want to. and I ordered before the cut-off and didn't receive my extra free chocolates. bunch of *****!!
