NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR!!! I had high expectations when ordering flowers for delivery to my wife's workplace, hoping to surprise her with a beautiful flowers & chocolates. Unfortunately, Netflorist completely missed the mark. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but their driver also contacted her directly, completely spoiling the surprise. The whole point of sending flowers to work is the joy and novelty of receiving them unexpectedly in a professional setting. Instead, she ended up receiving a WhatsApp message asking from the driver saying he won't deliver on time, which took away the excitement and made the entire experience feel ordinary instead of special. If timing and discretion matter to you when sending gifts, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. This service does not seem to understand the importance of reliability and customer experience when delivering surprises.
