Not even due to valentine's day, Netflorist after "sales" service SUCKS!

I will never be using Netflorist again. Harold can go shove his flowers up his backside..!

i placed an order last week Thursday for delivery on Friday. The flowers never arrived, even though i got an email at 2pm stating that they are en route to be delivered before 5pm. Even at 5:30pm, nothing arrived and no phone call.

this morning (ON Valentines day), they say that this will now be delivered TOMORROW, and cannot be done today. This is absolutely pathetic. I will never again use Netflorist, and i will be sure to comment on all their social media platforms stating this.
