Not dependable

Last year my order for Secretaries Day was only delivered at 19h00 the night - needles to say my secretary assumed that I forgot and did not appreciate her. This year I decided to give Netflorist the benefit of the doubt and again placed an order for 1 September to spoil my secretary. Although my order was confirmed I received a notification on the morning that my order will be delivered on 2 September. I phoned them and explained that a delivery on 2 September would defeat the purpose of spoiling my secretary on Secretaries Day and insisted that they confirm that my order will be delivered before 16h30 (when she goes home) or alternatively cancel the order. I was informed that it will be delivered. My surprise was not big when the order was once again delivered after business hours when my secretary already left. I cannot order again from a service provider who is not dependable.
