NOT DELIVERY

I ordered a small bunch of flower to be delivered to my friends hospital room yesterday. Nothing was delivered. I called the call center and was met by a very unenthusiastic person who put me on hold 4 times and still could not advise to when the delivery time will be only that it would be today, a whole day after the delivery date stated on my receipt. Had to change the delivery address so that I could take the flowers to my friend myself because don't trust that they will deliver by the end of the day. First time I have used them and can't say that I will use them again. Not very impressed with the delivery service. I should have just gone and bought flowers myself seeing as I am delivering them myself anyway!
