Not Delivering

NetFlorist is one of the worst, unprofessional and ************* companies out there. I order a bouquet of Roses to be delivered to a school(for a first school day), it was not delivered, during the day of delivery, I phoned them 3 times and they kept lying about the delivery, when asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 15 min and then hung up the phone. It was ridiculous and gross. They ruined the whole occasion and everything was for nothing.
