Not delivered what was ordered

I ordered Red and White roses with vase yesterday on-line. Delivery was very fast, only few hours later which is great. But the flowers delivered was red roses only. Not the red and white that was specifically ordered. Then I phoned to complain about this. They the roses would be changed with the correct ones same day. After a short while someone did come and collect the roses, but not delivering the others. So my girl friend had roses (wrong ones) for an hour or two but then it was taken without replacement. She was told the replacement roses will be delivered the following day (TODAY).<br> <br> This is not the first bad experience with Net flowers. There seems to be many mistakes happening. One can not be sure anymore that you will get what you ordered. An great embarrassment for me, as my girlfriend got roses and then in an hours tine someone come and take this roses from her leaving her with nothing. This was not discreet and not supposed to happen. <br> <br> It was supposed to be a surprise. Now it is a major embarrassment.
