Not delivered

My order was not delivered on Valentines day. 23:50 last night I got a message that it has been delivered and signed for by me. That did not happen. They just want to make money and cannot deliver as they sent a Newsletter out on 12 February that it is your last chance to order a personalised gift so it can be delivered on time. So I did, and guess what...it is a money making scheme and not delivered. SOOOOOO bad!
