Not a same day delivery, when there very model they run on is same day delivery.

I place 2 orders at the same time to 2 different locations. i then get a call from a person called maria saying i have exceeded the cut off time for my delivery, without her knowing that i placed 2 orders. so blatantly they **** to me to try deviate from the fact that they are not competent enough to uphold their very same business model, of same day delivery. she then phones back to explain that its a technical issue from their side. this is not on and i demand a refund.
