Nonsense service - NetFlorist's greatest gift!

The point is that they are a gifting service but they gift you with HORRIBLE customer care. My order is days late as usual, I regret being a repeat customer at this point actually. They don't reply to emails, they don't update clients on why parcels are late. NONSENSE SERVICE!
