NON-SERVICE

I am very disappointed with the level of service received from NetFlorist. Their main service is delivering gifts to loved ones. I placed an order on 21 July as an anniversary gift for next day delivery and to date STILL no delivery. After various emails and phone calls I had to request a refund. I doubt that I will ever be making use of their services again. One would think that, especially during THIS time, they would be grateful for customers and would want to provide much better service.
