Non existent customer service

Paid for premium delivery before 1pm . It is no 3:24pm it has not been delivered, I've spoken to 2 agents and both promised me they would call back with an update and this has also not been done.

Highly disappointed would be an understatement. ***********, more fitting.

No sense of urgency or customer service at all.
