Non Delivery to wrong Delivery to Late Delivery

Ordered and paid for my items on the 27 Nov. <br> 1. Wrong parcel was delivered<br> 2. After alertng them to this, they told me the correct parcel has been sent for delivery.<br> 3. No delivery - i am still waiting for the correct parcel.<br> <br> Previous issues experienced<br> Order a hamper they forget items in the hamper. Then i am embarrased because the recepient has not received what was promised to them. <br> Order an item on their sight and pay for it, but they have no record of it. They treat you like you the *********** one. and when you prove them wrong, you get a feeble apology.<br> Never am i compensated for the **** they do when I order. worse service ever!!!
