Non Delivery - Poor Service!!!

I ordered 2 gifts. One arrived and the other was not delivered...strange as they were both going to the same address. I called earlier to notify NETFLORIST that the 2nd delivery was not done and I was assured by Sinovuyo that it would be done TODAY. Furthermore Ram called the recipient of the gift at 17:55 asking for the delivery address - WHICH WAS GIVEN WHEN THE ORDER WAS MADE!!! This is very irritating as I've missed out on a friend's special day because of your non delivery. My invoice CLEARLY STATES THAT THE ORDER WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED TODAY (7th December)!!! Absolutely Appauled!
