non delivery of Valentines day gift

I ordered a valentines day gift on the 3rd February 2019 for my wife to be delivered to her office on valentines day (14/02/19). it was never delivered to her office, no phone calls to say that it is running later or that there is a issue. All I got was a email yesterday afternoon at 13:45 to state that the order was out for delivery.

Also note that netflorist delivered a package to the same business park for someone else yesterday morning.

i usually don't have any issues with them , but i am extremely unhappy with the service , yesterday
