Non Delivery of paid item

Poor service delivery. I received an email from Netflorist confirming that my order will be delivered today only to be notified by 10:51 that no delivery will be made due to item not loaded. This was important for today and Netflorist failed to commit to an order that was already paid for. I will never make use of them again and will ensure that every one I speak to to no use them at all
