NON Delivery of Goods

My Husband purchased a gift for me for Valentines day and Netflorist has not delivered the goods to me. According to them they have delivered but i have two witnesses to confirm that the deilvery has not taken place to me. I then phoned the call centre to which the lady said she would phone the driver and get back to me and to date i am still waiting for this person to get back to be. <br> <br> I am absolutley digusted that they can take peoples money and not give what you pay for, and then when you query this they basically just dont care<br> <br> People please be careful of using them as it seems to be a common this based on the reviews of hello peter<br> <br> Promised the world and get nothing
