Non-delivery of flowers by NetFlorist

I ordered flowers for my wife for delivery on the 14th of February. The flowers were not delivered despite "an out for delivery" status the whole day. When I checked on the system today (15 February), it said they were delivered yesterday at 09h10 which is an absolute lie. When I called them all they could tell me was that the driver couldn't deliver yesterday because of too many deliveries and will deliver today. They also claimed that the "delivered status" today was a system error. They could not even tell me the expected delivery time today. Surely if I wanted flowers delivered on the 15th I would have indicated so. They did not even bother to call and apologise for failing to deliver as agreed when I ordered and paid for the flowers on the 31st of January. My wife didn't receive the flowers when it mattered most and they are least bothered. I am extremely disappointed with NetFlorist's service.
