Non Delivery of flowers as ordered and paid for

My order *** paid for on 14 April for delivery 15th April. I received notification that the flowers for my anniversary had been delivered and signed for by myself. Nonsense, I was at work and my wife was not home either.<br> I then get told by Christin, your agent somewhere, that the flowers were given to and signed for by some other person unknown to me.<br> This is in breach of my contract with NetFlorist and I demand that the flowers be delivered by 3pm today as my wife awaits them for our Anniversary.<br> Sincerely,<br> Ron Cilliers
