Non-delivery. No communication.

Placed an order on the 13th Feb for delivery on the 14th. The order was dispatched and delivered according to my emails but no one came and I received an email that no one was home. The address was to an office in the first place where I was there until 7pm. No one came. They called and said they will deliver today. No delivery. No call after. I have received 2 emails to say that the order has been delivered and nothing. I want a refund and will NEVER use this useless company again.
