Non Delivery

Utterly gutted by my last order with them, it’s been more than 24 hours since I made the order for a friend and it is yet to arrive, they’re in a business of romance and surprises, imagine they call your lady in advance for a delivery and they don’t arrive and they keep calling the following day pestering her and still failing to make a delivery they deemed to be urgent.

It’s very poor from a well established business like Netflorist.
