Non delivery

Ordered 4 personalized gifts on Sunday last week for a milestone birthday only for 3 to be delivered on Friday. Called and sent messages to be told that Ram couriers don't deliver on a weekend and I must try calling them and arrange collection myself. Shocking customer service after R348 was paid for delivery and I have not received the most important piece if the gift.

6 Calls to netflorist where I either get promised to be called back and then get told to call Ram courier myself. Do yourself a favour and dont order from them as they dont live up to their slogan where they promise 100% satisfaction and delivery
