Non delivery

I ordered a watch box for my hubby as a Valentine's surprise. There was no delivery. Numerous phone calls, promises to call me back, being put on hold indefinitely, I am so disappointed. Netflorist has spoilt my day which I wanted to be special after having just had 2 major surgeries a week ago. At least inform me. You have me on WhatsApp too. Such deplorable service... rather a non-service after paying so much.
