NON DELIVERY BAD SERVICE

Order Number: ***: - For mothersday this year i place an order on Tuesday for delivery on friday the 9th of May 2025, my order was not delivered. The courier company contacted my mom multiple times to confirm her address and she did that multiple times and did not deliver, RAM COURIERS just didn,t bother to deliver the order i placed WELL in advance for Mothers Day ! Now my 89 year old mother is not receiving her give that i ordered, i am absolutely devasated to let her down on MOTHERS DAY.! RAM COURIERS is responsible as well for the NON DELIVERY.
