NON-DELIVERY

I ordered a box of flowers for my friend's birthday a day before before 12h00 to be delivered the next day on her birthday

Since then I did not receive any update from Netflorist regarding my order. My friend's birthday passed without delivery or any update

I am disappointed and infuriated when I have paid so much money

When I track my order it says driver collected at 15h00 but no delivery till birthday was over.
