Non delivery and total misleading in their advertising

I specifically placed a order on an item that said delivery - today which was the 03 But it's the end of the bussines day on the 4th and still no delivery. I am disgusted in the customer service I recieved all day from their chat service on the web page and Charles Louis from the call center service in midrand. He assisted me with an attitude and smirkyness.i gues I figured out how Netflorest stays in bussines and that's with cancelation fees they charge you and delivery fee when they don't deliver
