Non delivery and lies grin the call centre

<p>Ordered a wine parcel and flowers for my aunt's birthday. Only half the order was delivered in the afternoon. When I called about the flowers I was told that it is not coming from netflorist but from a local service provider and thus they have no control, but will check. She checked and told me that it will be delivered in 15 min. Nothing and it is 21:00. I want my money back but what happens about the lost moment , sending flowers the next day is not the same at all! Can't trust netflorist at all!</p>
