Non delivery after 15 days!!

Unfortunately i can't give zero stars!! I ordered Roses for valentines day 31/1/2019 just for the order not to be delivered. I understand that there was loadshedding and the weather was horrible but why take in so many orders every year adnd never deliver on time. 15 Days later and the order is still pending! Calls are not getting answered. Only an email the 16th saying they couldn't deliver because they were not there in time.
