Non delivery

<p>I ordered flowers for my wife. I was told the followig day that they cannot deliver in Tierpoort. This after they had taken my money. And then they want me to send a hamper to my wife. I want to send her flowers. Not a hamper. Then after requesting a refund from Candice Avens, I was told to wait a wee****!!!!!</p>
