Non-delivery

I do not even know why we bother with Netflorist. The service is just terrible. We pay and trust that they will ensure that they deliver so that one can gift their loved ones and clients with something special, and yet they always disappoint. I should have trusted the bad reviews and not trusted them with my money.

So I placed an order for a client with them on Sunday 6 October for delivery today 09 October in the Northwest province. I provided them with all the necessary and correct details in terms of the delivery address and contact details for the recipient. These idiots delivered the parcel to the incorrect address in another town, as told by my client, and now my parcel is undelivered. I cannot reach them telephonically as their call centre is unreliable, no one answers.

I'm utterly disappointed and I will never again entrust this company with my money. They take their customers fore granted and simply don't deliver as they promise.

I warn others not to trust them.
