Non Delivery

I ordered my valentine flower bouquet on February 10th for an early delivery on February 12th. It never arrived. I called on February 13th. No exaggeration - I called the call centre 6 times. I was cut off twiceand the other other 2 call agents said they would get back to me. They never did. After the 5th phone call the agents said the florist tried to deliver but nobody was home. So I live in a security estate and there was no record of them arriving. My 6th phone call and the agent said that the florist could not deliver to my area. This is after I specified the delivery address upon purchase. I am FURIOUS. I will never in my life use Netflorist again. Spread the word.
