Non delivery

Ref order *** I am extremely unhappy with the service failure of my order. I placed the order 1 week in advance for a delivery for my sisters birthday. On the day of delivery I spoke to the call center 3 times to ensure order is delivered by 16:30, last contact with Nqebile who assured me this would be done. I thereafter got a mail stating order will not be delivered.
