No Wow for a first time client

I like the brand, in fact I love it - so can you imagine the disappointment when my first engagement didn't match the brand perception. Maybe it was an isolated case. I experienced some problems with the internet and decided to call. Long story short - I wanted to thank one the gallery owners I visited over the weekend. so I left JHB on Sunday and wanted to send her some tulips the Monday and then I see that you are running a promotion. Whoop whoop! Then I call and the guy doesn't know about the promotion :-( then everything goes pear-shaped and I start considering WW. (then this morning my disappointment amplifies when I discovered I received a voucher after 11pm) I need my beauty sleep. So I could not make use of the voucher. I still haven't sent the tulips :-(
