No Update and No Delivery

Never in my life have I been so disappointed in a service like NETFLORIST..<br> On 23 December I placed an order for flowers which they said wont be deliver the very same day but will be delivered on the 24th of December.<br> <br> I Phoned them on the 24th of December to say they must please try and see if they can deliver before 12 as my wife is leaving at 12 from her work place. I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes and the way the are serving the customers is unacceptable. Response was they wont be able to deliver before 12 and recquested a different address. they promised they will deliver and nothing happend! No feedback or any apology. They only delivered this morning!<br> <br> I will never use the service of Netflorist again and will not recommend anyone to use their service!! Dont make promises you cant keep! they are expensive and once you are trying to support them you get such bad service! <br> <br>
