NO STOCK NOTICE DAY AFTER DELIVERU DATE

I ordered a gift - personalise bottle of wine - last week to be delivered Yesterday on someones birthday! Only to be informed the day after the intended delivery date that they dont have stock! Surely they knew Yesterday or the day before already they dont have stock as it was supposed to be personalised! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will never use Netflorist again!
