No show!!!

I placed an order with netflorist to surprise my hubby with something special for valentines day, the order was placed on the 6 Feb and requested delivery on Thursday 12 Feb as he would not be at work the Friday. After numerous calls to the call centre I was advised by Cindy at 4.30 that the parcel is out on the road for delivery but she cannot promise an exact time but latest 5pm. She then advised that the sender and recipient will be contacted if delivery would not take place on the day. I had to ruin the surprise and ask my hubby to wait at work like an idiot for delivery. Well it's now 5pm and I nor my hubby have received a call apologising for the no show!!!! Thanx netflorist for ruining valentines day!!! Do not purchase from these people as once they have your money they couldn't care less about u!!
