no service no systems

ordered flowers for my wives birthday promised delivery same day . at 4.59pm phoned net florist and spoke to junior. he said they deliver up to 5pm. i pointed out it was 1 min to go could he confirm. waited on hold for 7 min to be told he had checked and driver was on route. 5 min later received an email saying they had been delivered at 4.23 and they hoped my wife was happy. phoned back, explained, was put on hold for 13 min to be then told they had been delivered and signed for by a person i don't know. when i asked what address they were delivered to they could not confirm, but not to worry they would sort out tomorrow. ***<br> queried this and asked what address they had and again they told me they could not see on the system<br>
