No Service

I ordered a Christmas Spirit Wreath and they delivered it last Saturday at 10:30. It looked completely different than the picture supp**** online. I requested a return and refund Monday morning before 8am. <br> Well within their 48h. Not collected. Not refunded despite my phonecalls and emails. Its Friday 10:30 now. They just ignore my request.
