No Service

Ordered an item from their website on the 6th Feb 2018 . Delivery was confirmed for 14 Feb2018 . This never happened. Item was only delivered 15Feb 2018 at15:22. One item was short . Tried calling the call entre the whole day 14Feb2018 as well as 15 Feb . No answer, you just get put on hold forever ! Sent 2 emails to their customer care e mail ? No reply to date ! Very disappointing and very bad service , not to mention the expensive gift that was so tiny ! Thanks for nothing Netflorist !
